All content on InsureNowHub.com, including digital guides, is owned by InsureNowHub or its licensors. You may download or print materials for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy and Reimbursement Procedures

6.1 Services

If you cancel scheduled comparison support at least 48 hours before the appointment, you may request a full refund of any paid fee. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days and reimbursed via the original payment method. You may also opt to reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the original date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable due to preparatory efforts and resource allocation.

6.2 Information Products

Digital guides and tutorials are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of immediate access, these products are non-refundable once download or access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues that prevent access, please contact us for assistance via contact.html.

6.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping back is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund of the product fee within 7 business days to the original payment method. Defective or incorrect shipments will be fully reissued or refunded at no extra fee.

7. Rescheduling of Services

All service appointments may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Additional changes may incur a nominal processing fee.

InsureNowHub offers comparison tools and guidance. We do not guarantee enrollment in any specific plan or any endorsement of particular providers. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
